I had a very positive shopping experience overall. The cashier who helped me was awesome. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but I recognized her from another store, and she even remembered me. She was genuinely kind and professional, making the checkout process a pleasant experience. After checking out, I received several store coupons. I mentioned that they usually expire before I have a chance to return, since I only shop here every few months. She kindly informed me that I could use them the same day on items from the hot food section or bakery. I had no idea this was an option, and thanks to her, I was able to enjoy a delicious meal while also saving money. I appreciated her helpfulness. Another highlight was the seafood department. They offer an outstanding selection of fresh seafood, and the employees were really friendly and accommodating. They did special cuts for me, and the customer service was excellent. I was also impressed by the produce department, which was well stocked with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. I've been coming here every couple of weeks and it's become one of my go-to places for Asian groceries. The selection is pretty solid, especially for sauces, noodles, and frozen items that are hard to find elsewhere. Prices seem fair compared to other stores in the area. The staff has always been polite when I've asked where to find something. The store can get a little busy on weekends, but the shelves are usually well stocked. Not the biggest market around, but it has most of what I need and I usually leave with a few things I didn't plan on buying.

Bought a fun July 4th tote bag for $5.99 (same size as large tote from TJs). Char siu and roast duck were pre-packaged for faster purchase without language/translation challenges. 👍🏻

This is one of the worst grocery stores I have ever encountered in my entire life! The product layout is completely disorganized, and most items lack English product information—or require a magnifying glass just to read the details. The glass doors on the refrigerated shelves are completely fogged over, making it incredibly difficult to see what products are inside or to locate specific items. The staff is extremely disrespectful; in fact, the rudest store employees I have ever met work right here. When you ask a question, they answer harshly without even making eye contact. They simply couldn't care less! The aisles are narrow, and there are always long lines at the checkout counters. Does this store not have a manager or a supervisor? If one exists, do they not have a responsibility to oversee the store and its staff? I have shopped at nearly a hundred grocery stores across Silicon Valley, and I have never seen a store as abysmal as this one.

Great grocery selection, but the digital experience is frustrating. This is an excellent spot for Chinese and Asian groceries. They offer a wide variety of options and the quality is generally very high. However, their digital services need significant improvement. I encountered several issues: WiFi: The guest connection failed during the phone registration process. Website: Attempting to create an account online was unsuccessful. App: The user interface is very awkward; if I were rating the app alone, it would be 1/5 stars. The physical shopping experience is great, but in a digital-first age, the web and app platforms require a major overhaul.
